Makan, Makan, Makan

cuti2 nih masalah yang paling besar adalah buruk makan..hari nie je makan..

1. megi satu bungkus + telur sebab malas nak masak nasi...:) approximately = 400kcal

2. hotdog + roti lalu disalut telur..approximately = 210kcal

3. mihun soup satu mangkuk..approximately = 250kcal

4. carbonara fettucine in 1 big (really big) bowl dat have about = 700kcal (yg nie agak2 je..x kuase nak kire)

5. 2 pieces of chicken nugget (about 1 exc of protein + 2 exc of SFA + 2 exc of fat from deep frying)...approximately = 250 kcal

total calories is about 1800kcal..
