Latest

Pergh, berpeluh cari password and email guna blog. Puas cari dari tadi. Tulah, siapa suruh buat banyak sangat email. Sampai dah tak tahu guna email yang mana satu.

Em, nampak sangat aku free giler hari nie. Jumpa patient sorang je pagi tadi lepas tu lepak sampai sekarang.

Sebenarnya tak ada benda sangat yang aku nak update. Just geram je bila tak dapat nak bukak blog. Sebab tu beriya-iya cari password sampai jumpa.

Banyak benda sebenarnya yang dah jadi sejak aku tak update August tahun lepas. Time tu kerja kat SALAM lagi. Sekarang dah kerja kat Ampang Puteri pulak. Tahan 10 bulan je kat SALAM.

Semoga rezeki aku terus murah lepas nie. Amin.

Tapi niat yang aku pasang since 2 tahun lepas tak tercapai lagi. Selagi benda tu tak jadi, selagi tu rasa tak tenang. Even kerja kat mana pun aku akan still teringat kat tempat tu. Walaupun dah tak ada apa-apa lagi sekarang tapi selagi tak pergi, aku tak puas.

Okeyyy..enough merepek.

Sebenarnya sebab kat sini je aku boleh luahkan.

Pergh..giler lame x update blog..paling latest update tahun lepas bulan april..mase tuh tengah feeling2 layan lagu 'untuk dia'..la ni dengar lagu tu pon da rase tacing semacam..nampak sangat banyak bende yang da berubah dlm setahun lebih x update blog..

april tahun lepas tengah practical lagi..baru lepas practical kt HKL kalau x silap..x pon kat PPR untuk community..sekarang ni Alhamdulillah da lepas practical tu sume..selamat kerja as a dietitian..

ape yang berlaku dalam hidup ak eh sejak bulan april yg lepas..well, mcm biasa ak convo bulan 10..tp sebelum tuh keje kt

1) Reject Shop dulu as Sales Coordinator..ok, name job mcm gempak pdahal jd promoter je..saje nk timba pengalaman (wah, gune perkataan timba tu..gile skema). Kerja mcam haram penat giler siap x raya bagai sebab nk duit raya..hahaha..


2) Lepas tu keje kat Nandos as ER Agent atau dgn bahasa lebih mudah lg sebagai call center agent atau paling mudah keje jwb call amek order utk delivery..seriously keje yg paling senang n paling masyuk..bes wwooo..da la xde ape2 tanggungan (serius ak x reti nk eja), makan free, transports singgit sehari..mmg kaya la..tp bertahan 4 bulan je sbb dpt offer kt tmpt len..

3) Ak berenti Nandos sbb dapat keje kt Besta Corporation nie..as Catering Dietitian..keje ni 2 bulan je tahan..sebab penat nk mampos..first time ak nanges sbb sgt penat bekerja..masuk pkul 5.30pg balik pkul 8.30 malam..klu blik berjemput best gak..nie kne kuatkan kaki sbb nek public transport..so mmg gentle jelah ak nanges dlm tren mase balik tuh..ok, bukan tiap2 hari pon mcm tu..tp bile staf da buat perangai xmau keje, ko la yang terpaksa jd buruh kasar ganti tempat dorg..nak tak nak kne wat gak..merana aku..hoho..

4) Sbb tu ak laju je terus terima offer dari SALAM lepas bru keje sebulan walaupun transport nk g SALAM masih menjadi isu..serius ak lg sanggup duk S.Alam dr trus stay ngn Besta..haha..Btw, keje SALAM mmg syok abis..relax je..org2 sekeliling pon mesra alam..xde la kne push atau tension..kalu tension pon sbb xde keje nk buat..hahaha..sengal..

hoho..hebat gak aku nih (ok perasan)..bru setahun grad, da 4 tmpt ak kerja..nak cari pengalaman punyer pasal..Doa2 lepas nie rezeki ak terus murah & dapat kerja yang lgi bagus..Amin..:)

Do And Don't

things u cannot do when making sushi

1. do not used 1:1 ratio of vinegar and sugar - melainkan nak sushi rice yang terlalu sweet.

2. don't used grilled seaweed - nanti susah nak gulung sushi

3. dun wash ur rolling mat - cuci and keringkan awal2. kalau dah nak gulung baru nak cuci, alamatnya sushi tu nanti rase papan. hahaha..

4. dun used other than rice vinegar - vinegar yang biasa buat sushi rase kurang sedap

5. dun used 1:2 ratio of rice and water - melainkan nak sushi rice jadi macam bubur. gune 1:1 is ok..

btw, nie gambo sushi yg aku buat..

(p/s: gambo nie dh di edit, sebab gambo sbnr buruk sangat nak letak..muahaha...)

bende2 kat bawah nih, kena ingat sampai mati..seriously..

1/ never mention problem during diet counseling..

2/ never repeat the same question..

3/ focus and relax so u can avoid problem no.2

4/ introduce urself first before said anything..

5/tell ur role as a dietitian and u want to help

6/ be consistent and follow ur interview guide if possible..(make sure it complete)

7/ never ask.." selalu bangun pagi pukul berapa?"..stupid question..believe me..

8/ ask open question..

9/ use simple words when explain things..

10/ never practice ur diet recall or anything else with ur annoying course-mate..believe me..

AnoReXia NerVoSa

Pasal Anorexia Nervosa plak..

Anorexia nervosa (AN) is an eating disorder characterized by refusal to maintain a healthy body weight and an obsessive fear of gaining weight, often coupled with a distorted self image which may be maintained by various cognitive biases that alter how the affected individual evaluates and thinks about her or his body, food and eating. Persons with AN continue to feel hunger, but deny themselves all but very small quantities of food. The average caloric intake of a person with AN is 600-800 calories per day, but there are extreme cases of complete self-starvation.It is a serious mental illness with a high incidence of comorbidity and the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder (Wikipedia, 2011).

So, since AN patient usually afraid to eat large quantity of food, we need create diet regimen that have high energy food in small portion size.

total energy after modified= 606 kcal.
total energy before modified = 200kcal

Ayam berempah = ayam bahagian drumstick (130kcal) + honey (60kcal)

Salad = potato (37.7 kcal) + cashew nut (45kcal) + raisin (60kcal)

Orange milkshake = orange (60kcal) + skim milk (90kcal)

Bread = wholemeal bread (75kcal) + cheese (48.25)

resepi ni pun sebenarnye modified dari case study yang dapat hari tuh..menurut kata Dr. N, kita tak boleh tukar menu sesuka hati je..just boleh modified je..tambah ape yang perlu dan kurangkan apa yang patut..sebabnye kalau kite buat menu baru, susah untuk patient comply dengan menu tuh..

part nie patutnye aku dah kene hafal dah..
harap2 lepas nie xde blur lagik biler dr. nisak tanye..
hehehe..

japan n korea paling kurus sekali..
patutlah pelakon2 nye macam org x cukup makan..

mcm biasa tiap2 hari memang keje aku layan game Restaurant City (RC)..
dah ter'addicted'..
tapi bukan nak citer pasal game tu, tapi makanan dalam game tuh..
tadik aku google (sah, mmg xde keje bile asik meng'google' je) beberapa recipe dlm game tuh..
pergh, hasilnye mmg wat aku kelaparan malam2 buta nih..
wawawa, kenapa rumahku xde oven..(T_T)

HomeMade PAU KAYA

INGREDIENTS AND MATERIALS: 500 wheat flour, 11 g (1 package) instant yeast Mauripan, 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar, 50 g (1/4 cup) corn oil, 230 g (1 ¼ cup) water, readymade kaya, mixing bowl, measuring cup, food scale and double broiler.

METHODS:
1. Mix wheat flour and instant yeast Mauripan together and melt sugar in warm water.
2. Then, mix all of the ingredients in mixing bowl to form dough.
3. Knead the dough with hand for 10 to 15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. After that, divide the dough into 60mg each, make into round shape and left them for 10 minutes.
5. Knead the dough and fill it with readymade kaya inside the middle of dough.
6. Cover the filling with the end of dough depend on the shape desired.
7. Place each of the dough on a piece of square wax paper and left for about 35 minutes.
8. Finally, place all of the dough in the double broiler and steamed for 5 minutes at high temperature.

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 cup milk
* 1 cup quick cooking oats
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* raisin(optional)

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2. In a small bowl, combine milk and oats; let soak for 15 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together egg and oil; stir in oatmeal mixture. In a third bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add brown sugar and raisin..
4. Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, just until combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups until cups are 2/3 full.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
