Do And Don't

things u cannot do when making sushi

1. do not used 1:1 ratio of vinegar and sugar - melainkan nak sushi rice yang terlalu sweet.

2. don't used grilled seaweed - nanti susah nak gulung sushi

3. dun wash ur rolling mat - cuci and keringkan awal2. kalau dah nak gulung baru nak cuci, alamatnya sushi tu nanti rase papan. hahaha..

4. dun used other than rice vinegar - vinegar yang biasa buat sushi rase kurang sedap

5. dun used 1:2 ratio of rice and water - melainkan nak sushi rice jadi macam bubur. gune 1:1 is ok..

btw, nie gambo sushi yg aku buat..

(p/s: gambo nie dh di edit, sebab gambo sbnr buruk sangat nak letak..muahaha...)
