My "Healthy" Diet

Jumaat:
nasi kukus, char kueh teow (seriously tak tau macam mane nak eja), potato twister, french fries, ayam goreng uncle bob, keropok lekor...

Sabtu:
twisties, nasi campur (makan tengah hari), nasi campur (makan petang - mane ade orang makan berat untuk afternoon tea), pizza with udang tempura (PHD - pizza hut delivery), kerang rebus..

Ahad:
Nasi campur, french fries, strawberry cheesecake BR, nasi campur, ayam tandoori and roti naan..

Analysis:
1. too much fried food
2. big serving size
3. high SFA intake
